I have been using Shea Butter for many years. I put it on my hands, feet, elbows and knees every nite before bedtime.  I put on socks and gloves.  My hands and feet are NEVER dry or chapped. My elbows and knees are not dry or flaky.  I don't even use hand or body lotion, don't need it.  Incredible product!  Keep it coming!
